Since 2020, iVolunteer has built an active team of volunteers dedicated to supporting both Jewish and non-Jewish community organizations, bringing the values of Tikkun Olam to life through meaningful service and social action. The Tampa JCCs and Federation has brought more than 300 community members together for a wide range of ongoing hands-on service activities.

The Tampa JCCs & Federation’s iVolunteer team is now planning its project calendar for the 2026 year, and we’re looking for meaningful volunteer opportunities! If your organization has a project that needs extra hands to get it done, our dedicated volunteer team is here to help.

Together, our iVolunteer team has...

  • Baked and delivered more than 600 muffins to Metropolitan Ministries for National Muffin Day.
  • Packed hundreds of bags of school supplies for the Hillsborough Education Foundation.
  • Participated in 10 cleanups throughout Hillsborough County in partnership with Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful.
  • Painted picnic tables at the JCC on the Cohn Campus for summer camp.

We are currently seeking projects for February through August 2026

We welcome…

  • Projects that take place within Hillsborough or East Pasco County. If your project or opportunity takes place in another region of Tampa Bay, our team will still consider it.
  • Projects that can accommodate a minimum of 10 volunteers.
  • Projects that encourage teamwork and engage volunteers throughout the project duration.
  • Projects that can be completed within a single day or a few hours; This initiative currently does not support ongoing or individual volunteer commitments.
  • Projects that don't require any advanced training or technical expertise.
