It’s not unusual to respond to changes in our lives, such as the end of a job, with surprise, anger, disappointment, or fear. Moving beyond these emotions  is essential to presenting yourself as an energized and qualified candidate. In this interactive workshop, you will learn about the 3-phase transition process and how to adapt to and control your reaction to change.

What We Will Cover

  • Define transition as the process people go through when adapting to change

  • How to identify where you are in this transition process and its impact on you
