Tu b’Shevat, as most of us know it, is the “birthday of the trees.”  But the Kabbalists (Mystics) of 16th century Safed brought mysticism and wine into the holiday with the Tu B'Shevat Seder.  Like the Passover Seder, it includes four cups of wine, progressing from white to red.
