Emotional stress (sometimes described as depression, anger, or anxiety) during a job search is natural. When not properly managed, it can become a barrier to finding the right job or career path. During this session, you will learn about the relationships among emotional, mental, and physical stressors. In addition, you will take away a variety of practical, day-to-day tips and techniques on how to handle stress, which are specifically tailored to help you “de-stress” during your job search.
