In a recent poll of global talent professionals, 91% agreed that the presence of soft skills – in résumés, covers letters, and in responses to interview questions – are especially important today. Hard skills alone – such as analytical reasoning and technical proficiency – continue to be essential but are no longer sufficient by themselves for individual and company success. What is also required are soft skills, such as creativity, adaptability, and collaboration, skills that will always be valuable – and valued.
