Even in “normal” times, looking for work can leave you feeling mentally drained, disheartened, and doubting yourself. And if you’re spending hours in front of the computer applying for positions, only to be met by silence or rejection, you might be stuck in a negative cycle. Although you know it’s important to stay motivated and keep moving forward, sometimes it might seem impossible. In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to identify what your fatigue is really about, how it can negatively impact your search, and how to overcome a negative mindset and any emotions that are preventing the job-search journey from being productive, enjoyable, and ultimately successful.
