Employers have comprehensive needs when they’re looking for new employees. While most job seekers are aware of the specific qualifications listed in a job description, some of the top skills that employers are seeking are actually more generic. For example, skills such as the ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, or working within a diverse team, are valuable in almost every workplace. Learn more about the skills that are most important to hiring companies and how to acquire them in order to be as competitive as possible.

For the unemployed professional, LINKS is a “place to go” to focus on the job search when others go to work on Monday Mornings. LINKS sessions are free and open to the public.
