Who was Tampa’s first Jew? Why did Jews migrate to Tampa? When did Tampa’s Jewish community organizations start? When did Schaarai Zedek start, and what happened to make it what it is today? What’s in the future?

Carl Zielonka, Tampa native and Archives Chair, will present a two part history of the Jewish Community and of Schaarai Zedek, Carl will cover almost 175 years of Tampa’s Jewish history.
