~Jewish Pirates of the Caribbean
Teacher: Meg Moskovitz
Wednesday, January 27 | 7:00 pm
In the 16th century, the known-world doubled in size. Jews scattered and formed a global network based on shared language, heritage and a hatred of Spain. Jews became pirates, spies and privateers. In celebration of Tampa's Gasparilla tradition, come to Meg's class and learn about this exciting time in Jewish history when a kosher pirate ruled the seas.
