Jews of Spain                                                                                                                                                  Thursdays, March 27, April 3 & 10•7:00 PM – Instructor: George Zucker

This three part course is based upon George’s Introduction to Sephardic Studies, which he has taught at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute.  It will emphasize information pertaining to the Jews in Spain before the 1492 expulsion. The last session will include a 1-hour video called “From Toledo to Jerusalem,” narrated in Ladino by Yehoram Gaon, who also sings several Sephardic songs.
