This exclusive special event features Israeli celebrity chef, Yaniv Cohen, author of My Spiced Kitchen, owner of the restaurant “Jaffa” in Miami and Hallendale, FL, and star of the Netflix show, Best Leftover Ever. 

Cohen’s presentation will take the audience on a journey of decadent spice tastings. He will share his knowledge about discovering and incorporating spices into everyday simple dishes. The audience will learn how to sensually enjoy the exotic, pungent and colorful Middle Eastern spices, including their culinary and health benefits and how to store and buy them. After the presentation, a dinner, with spices, and an accompanying open wine bar, will be served. Cohen will sign copies of his cookbook.
