April 4, 7:30 - 9:00 pm at CBA. Congregation Beth Am's Social Action committee is hosting a moderated              discussion around the Emmy-winning and Oscar-nominated documentary "13th". Please watch the movie (available on Netflix) prior to the event. This is a community-wide event, and wine and snacks will be served. The film is about race, justice, and mass incarceration in the United States. As we celebrate and commemorate our   ancestors escape from slavery, let's learn together about people who aren't free in modern times.
