USF Hillel will host the Second Annual Great Latke-Hamantash Debate on Thursday evening, March 24th at 7pm in room CWY206 of the C.W. Bill Young Hall (the ROTC building) located at 12303 USF Maple Drive on the USF Tampa campus. USF professors, Dr. Jeffrey Cunningham and Dr. Steven Specter will argue the merits of the Latke versus the Hamantash and attempt to resolve the age-old question: Which is Best? The debate will be moderated by Professional Comedian, David Glickman. A question-and-answer period will follow the debate. A post-debate reception featuring home-made latkes and hamantashen will be held immediately following the program. The event is free and open to the entire Tampa Bay community. RSVPs are encouraged no later than Monday, March 21st via email at shalom@suncoasthillels.org or by calling Hillels of the Florida Suncoast at (813) 899-2788.
