People often say that the only constant is change, and today, everywhere we look, that seems to be the case. As we respond and adapt to life’s changes, there is always an inner transition process that occurs. In fact, it often feels like we are riding an emotional roller coaster. Join us to 1) better understand the natural rhythm of the three-phase transition process, 2) learn how to successfully navigate through career transition, and 3) discover how to manage “endings” (including job loss) and move forward to “new beginnings.”

Presented by Amy Cleveland, TBJL Career Strategist
