Experts report that 85% of jobs are filled through networking contacts. Networking is defined as the cultivation of productive relationships – to seek employment, to make business connections, or for personal use. Yet, for all its benefits, there are many job seekers who are not comfortable – or who may even avoid – taking part in this valuable activity. This workshop examines the skill of in-person networking from several vantage points, so that you leave with the confidence and ability to meet new people, cultivate relationships, and leverage those connections to find leads to employment opportunities.
