IMPACT is a community of young adults, ages 20s, 30s & 40s, who share a commitment and passion for Tikkun Olam (Repairing the World) and building a strong Jewish community with the Tampa JCCs & Federation.

IMPACT offers social gatherings, leadership training, volunteer opportunities, and special experiences that highlight the mportant work of the Federation.
