Updating Events and Scheduling Conflicts

It is the responsibility of our local agencies and organizations to update their listings using the "Submit an Event" feature of the community calendar. Each community organization is provided with a login and password to access the calendar directly to create, edit and delete events. Event submissions require the final approval of the Tampa JCC and Federation.

 

Please consult the calendar often, as dates and postings are updated daily. We rely on you for timely changes and updates in your organization’s plans.

 

Our calendar coordinator monitors the calendar weekly. In the case of a scheduling conflict, the Calendar Coordinator will contact the appropriate parties. Please understand that, while we advise groups of any conflict when a date is booked, we cannot assign or refuse dates to any group. We count on the good will of organizations to resolve scheduling conflicts. We encourage you to call one another directly to discuss dates when a conflict is possible.
