Tai Chi Classes

Tai Chi, the most practiced exercise in the world, is now at the Tampa JCC. Tai Chi, known as "moving meditation," is safe for all ages.

Classes are taught every Monday at 1 p.m. The cost for 5 sessions is $20 for members; $30 for non-members. The cost for 10 sessions is $36 for members; $54 for non-members.
