Get fit, have fun, for all ages and fitness levels with low-impact aerobics classes, every Wednesday from 7:00-8:00 p.m. Low-Impact Aerobics classes are ideal for calorie-burning and muscle-building workouts at a slow pace, improving your fitness level and avoiding strenuous exercise, people who are just starting an exercise program, and seniors and pregnant women who are looking for a low-intensity workout. Classes are free to members, and $3 for non-members.
