Water Aerobics at the Tampa JCC

 

 

 
Every Tuesday and Thursday, 11:45 AM - 12:30 PM
 
Get out your bathing suits and join our water aerobics class for a cool workout. Aquatic exercise not only enhances your cardiovascular fitness, but it also can improve your muscular endurance and overall strength.
 

  The Solar Heating System is on, the water feels great, the sky is blue and the air comfortable. We start with a little warm up, enjoy some cardio and strengthening and a cool down all in 45 minutes.  Our class enjoys all ages and all body types and welcomes you.

 
Regular schedule for water aerobics classes: Every Tuesday and Thursday morning, 11:45 AM -12:30 PM Cost: Free for members; $3 for non-members
