Personal Training Exclusively for JCC Members

Discover health and wellness through personal training at the Tampa JCC. Sign up today and be on your way to great health and fitness. Your first orientation meeting is free and includes a fitness and healthy eating consulation, equipment orientation and body fat measurements.

There are two options for personal training at the J.

Option 1: One-on-One Training Sessions
These sessions are $45 for one hour; $110 for five half-hour sessions; or $200 for five hour sessions

Option 2: Group Training Sessions (one hour sessions)
Two people - $50; three people - $60; four people - $70

Hours of Availability:
Monday & Friday: 7am - 12 noon
Tuesday & Thursday: 7am - 9am
Monday through Thursday: 6pm - 8pm
